Cleto Aballe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Adrian Precioso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unión y Progreso Tandil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Precioso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute Fernan Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Mogel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Mogel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Selatse's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Selatse in the 16th minute of play forced Unión y Progreso Tandil's goalkeeper Ismael Mogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Adrian Precioso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute Adrian Precioso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Ruy shot from long distance after 20 played minutes, a shot that Iker Pello with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Unión y Progreso Tandil's zone, Feliberto Furman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Mogel came out of the goal and Feliberto Furman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Precioso in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Pello saved Riachuelo from getting behind. Adrian Precioso had several of the Riachuelo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Iker Pello as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Reynardo in the 34th minute of play forced Riachuelo's goalkeeper Iker Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Unión y Progreso Tandil's Adrian Precioso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Pello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Adrian Precioso in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iker Pello, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Constantino Frasco came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Unión y Progreso Tandil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Frasco couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Unión y Progreso Tandil's Constantino Frasco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Riachuelo's zone, Adrian Precioso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Pello came out of the goal and Adrian Precioso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

If Constantino Frasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Frasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Precioso in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Pello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, Constantino Frasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute of the match Uriel Aguilera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iker Pello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 63 minutes of play, Unión y Progreso Tandil's Urbano Etor made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Pello was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernan Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Juan Txordon kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Fernan Selatse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riachuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernan Selatse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Mogel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 79 minutes, Constantino Frasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The referee ignored Riachuelo's protests and gave Jonas Blai a yellow card for diving instead. Jonas Blai hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Fernan Selatse got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Fernan Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Riachuelo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
