In the 22nd match minute, DEP 1987 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Tulio to maneuver through the defense. In the 29thth minute of the game Fran Gay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lugano FC's Jesus Petri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santo Uxio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jesus Petri made a huge save. Fran Gay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Petri having to make a save.
