Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Baibiene FC's Raimundo Felipo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Cevallos's Godofredo Fonda got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Cevallos's Gavino Raebert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Cevallos from getting a goal against them. Leo Rencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gavino Raebert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Raimundo Felipo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baibiene FC's protests and gave Raimundo Felipo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Baibiene FC's Raimundo Felipo got a free kick in the 11th minute. Ivan Llorenc received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gavino Raebert came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivan Llorenc slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. If Ambrosio Misael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Ambrosio Misael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gavino Raebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Luís Eduardo Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Godofredo Fonda was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Godofredo Fonda kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Ivan Llorenc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baibiene FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cevallos the free kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ambrosio Misael made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Rencio in the 52nd minute of play forced Cevallos's goalkeeper Gavino Raebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Raebert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Felipo in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Raimundo Felipo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Raebert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cevallos's Gavino Raebert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Felipo in the 74th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Cevallos's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Illart came free, but Gavino Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Ambrosio Misael took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Luís Eduardo Bittencourt to make any attempt to save it.
