The supporters of Tonco booed when Rosario Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Cordarell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Rosario Central's Victor Froila got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Perrando to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Everardo Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Argoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Victor Froila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Mederi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Victor Froila sped through Tonco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Federico Mederi. After a rather tough play, Tonco's Angelino Ponc got a free kick in the 34th minute. Tonco's Federico Mederi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Froila in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Victor Froila took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Federico Mederi. Federico Mederi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a little luck, Rosario Central's Teodoro Argoitz got control of the ball when Everardo Martxot tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teodoro Argoitz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nicolas Eliu. Teodoro Argoitz made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Everardo Martxot sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Amadeo Mero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Mederi. Tonco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Mero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Gabriel Blasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Mederi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Mero in the 72nd minute of play. Rosario Central's Victor Froila got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Amadeo Mero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tonco's Federico Mederi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Mero in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Victor Froila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Tonco's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Mero came free, but Federico Mederi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match Zacarias Perrando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Mederi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Federico Mederi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Mero in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tonco players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rosario Central.
