Edelmiro Mendiko charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edelmiro Mendiko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lafe FC booed when Barreal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Laurgain struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Artemio Dacio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lafe FC. 32 minutes into the game, Valentin Laurgain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Artemio Dacio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artemio Dacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Artemio Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Mendez in the 41st minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Higinio Mendez made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Valentin Laurgain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Mendez in the 54th minute of play forced Barreal's goalkeeper Artemio Dacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artemio Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Laurgain in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Hugo Gaur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edelmiro Mendiko struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Augusto Nayely didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barreal. Edelmiro Mendiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Barreal's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Mendez came free, but Artemio Dacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Oskitz kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Lafe FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
