Nadal team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vladimiro Christobal in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute Bonifacio Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Stephen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stian Otterstad in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Inge saved La Banda del Ate from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in La Banda del Ate's zone, Szczepan Grucza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Inge came out of the goal and Szczepan Grucza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Nadal team's Stian Otterstad in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Banda del Ate's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Nadal team's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Pereyra came free, but Ovidio Stephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stian Otterstad in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Inge saved La Banda del Ate from getting behind. In the 24th minute of the match, Afonso Paiva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isidoro Inge saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Urtsua in the 30th minute of play forced Nadal team's goalkeeper Ovidio Stephen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Inge came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nadal team's Damaso Donostia. But to his dismay, Damaso Donostia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Isidoro Inge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Donostia in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Cayetano Federigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stian Otterstad in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Inge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stian Otterstad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Isidoro Inge skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. La Banda del Ate's Isidoro Inge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stian Otterstad in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Bonifacio Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Stephen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nadal team's Stian Otterstad in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Banda del Ate's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Pereyra to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bonifacio Pereyra reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ovidio Stephen. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 59th minute Bonifacio Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Stephen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 61 in the game by Bonifacio Pereyra from a close distance when the talented Ovidio Stephen managed to make a qualified save. Nadal team's players were relieved. La Banda del Ate were furious when Luis Brun was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Nadal team. Vladimiro Christobal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Isidoro Inge. 3-1. In the 75th minute, Elias Urtsua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Jerardo in the 76th minute of play forced La Banda del Ate's goalkeeper Isidoro Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Inge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stian Otterstad in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Atilano Arnau fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ovidio Stephen, passed just outside the right post. Silvio Txatxu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Vladimiro Hug charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Hug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, one of Nadal team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nadal team. 96 minutes into the game, Silvio Txatxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nadal team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Banda del Ate the free kick. There was no doubt that Nadal team were the better team. Nadal team's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
