Merlot Vintage's Sixto Ovando quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 11 minutes into the match, Lavalle's Valentin Guillen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Ralondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Sixto Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aparicio Saez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Bernaldo having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Aparicio Saez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Basilio Bernaldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Merlot Vintage's Basilio Bernaldo threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aparicio Saez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lavalle's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Aparicio Saez scored to the left of an out of position Basilio Bernaldo, making the score, 3-0. The supporters of Lavalle booed when Merlot Vintage was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Lavalle's Cristo Gutxi made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Ralondo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentin Guillen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Miguel Ralondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Ezequiel Remicio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ralondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Merlot Vintage booed when Lavalle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Telo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Severino Piearres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lavalle's Abel Jusepe got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Aparicio Saez made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Baltasar Tximitx threw the ball into play from the sideline. Merlot Vintage's Bernardo Panfilo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Basilio Bernaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Panfilo in the 54th minute of the match. Ezequiel Remicio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Miguel Ralondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Ralondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Lore in the 66th minute. Basilio Bernaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aparicio Saez went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Lavalle's Bernardo Lore got a free kick in the 74th minute. Severino Piearres hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Basilio Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Merlot Vintage's Aparicio Saez. But to his dismay, Aparicio Saez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The supporters of Lavalle booed when Merlot Vintage was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Merlot Vintage's Aparicio Saez got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ezequiel Remicio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Dalmu scored 6-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Bernaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Merlot Vintage were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lavalle for a fine match.
