After having played for 3 minutes, Abelardo Ermano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polvaredas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Ermano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th match minute, Cherub Rock F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Beliran to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Abelardo Ermano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Omar Feliz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Marcelino Salvino fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cherub Rock F.C.'s protests and gave Marcelino Salvino a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Cherub Rock F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Salvino. 22 minutes into the game, Godofredo Beliran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anier Emenon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 minutes, Daniel Abar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polvaredas AFC and the Cherub Rock F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cherub Rock F.C. booed when Polvaredas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Abar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abelardo Ermano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Godofredo Beliran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Emenon having to interfere. Erubiel Aurken hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Godofredo Beliran succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. A collision led to Cherub Rock F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ubaldo Quico hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Godofredo Beliran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cherub Rock F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Beliran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Emenon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Cherub Rock F.C. booed when Polvaredas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Gines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Feliz made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Abelardo Ermano sent off a good shot on target. Eustacio Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Emenon having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Polvaredas AFC's zone, Godofredo Beliran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Emenon came out of the goal and Godofredo Beliran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Dominix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
