LOS RENGOS FC's Benedicto Celio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save LOS RENGOS FC from getting a goal against them. In the 20th match minute, Matancilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Ponce to maneuver through the defense. Benedicto Celio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Matancilla's Cipriano Kemen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hilario Gudesteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Admon in the 95th minute of play.
