Holdich's Ismael Otoniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Koldo in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Ellande in the 25th minute of play forced Poseidon Star Club's goalkeeper Jacinto Gitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Siro Ellande made a kick off. Jacinto Gitano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Timoteo Iraido showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 54 minute of play. Zeledon Torres's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Jacinto Gitano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jacinto Gitano made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Agustin Romildo sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Torres in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Poseidon Star Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Gagriel to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Javier Lizer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poseidon Star Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Lizer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Mercurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ismael Otoniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Poseidon Star Club booed when Holdich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Ellande didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Tobias Mercurio notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Holdich's Ismael Otoniel. Ismael Otoniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Holdich eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
