The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. JABALI FC's Patricio Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Satordi in the 4th minute of play. If Elpidio Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicolas Mazuste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Geo FC's zone, Lisandro Aztore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Blasco came out of the goal and Lisandro Aztore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faustino Blasco acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sebastian Tino. 19 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Aritza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Faustino Blasco, 1-0. 24 minutes into the match, JABALI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Dominic came free, but Patricio Bernat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Geo FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ubaldo Urre hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Lawrence in the 41st minute of play forced JABALI FC's goalkeeper Patricio Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Bernat having to interfere. Severiano Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Blasco having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elpidio Satordi to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, JABALI FC's Patricio Bernat got control of the ball when Nicolas Mazuste tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Lisandro Aztore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JABALI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lisandro Aztore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. JABALI FC's Moises Kiliz got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Mazuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Bernat having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, JABALI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Guipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Gualterio Curcio fired a really elegant long shot, but Patricio Bernat threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Patricio Bernat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolas Mazuste in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Aztore in the 77th minute of play forced Geo FC's goalkeeper Faustino Blasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Mazuste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Aritza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustino Blasco. Geo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Aritza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The long shot by Eulalio Froylan in the 94th minute really tested Patricio Bernat's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Severiano Gustau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Faustino Blasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. JABALI FC had won after a very even match.
