After 5 minutes, Adolfo Garoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Andes and the AS ROMA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AS ROMA booed when Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Garoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clodoveo Mikolas during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Clodoveo Mikolas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Alebom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Kimetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Perkowski came free, but Christian Alebom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Alvaro Kimetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Alebom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Los Andes's Christian Alebom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Perkowski in the 17th minute of play. Christian Alebom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Kimetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Alebom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Perkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 20th minute Alvaro Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Alebom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Alebom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Kimetz in the 22nd minute of the match. Los Andes's Christian Alebom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Kimetz in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Vinicio Osasun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Basilio Kismi. The goal made the score 1-1. After some careless play in the Los Andes defense, Alvaro Kimetz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Alebom. The Los Andes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Alebom should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute Alvaro Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Alebom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Alebom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Perkowski in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half AS ROMA were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alvaro Kimetz made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, AS ROMA's Damian Perkowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christian Alebom. Christian Alebom yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 57th minute, AS ROMA's Haroldo Constancio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christian Alebom. In the 61st minute Alvaro Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Alebom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Damian Perkowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christian Alebom. Damian Perkowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. A collision led to Los Andes getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Délio de Almeida hit a great ball. Christian Alebom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Perkowski in the 80th minute of play. Christian Alebom came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by AS ROMA's Alvaro Kimetz. But to his dismay, Alvaro Kimetz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. In the 87th minute, Damian Perkowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Alebom. The goal made the score 1-10. If Haroldo Constancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Alebom was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Kimetz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-11 in the 92 minute of play. In the 95th match minute, AS ROMA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Cresencio to maneuver through the defense.
