Ceandro Danitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anacleto Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Dimo in the 5th minute of the match. Anacleto Fernandes came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Oanimal AS's Everardo Endira. But to his dismay, Everardo Endira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Sein during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ateneo de la juventud FC made a substitution. Rolando Terciero replaced Silvio Serapio. After a rather tough play, Oanimal AS's Saverio Sein got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Oanimal AS's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Ioritz came free, but Roque Tavio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Ateneo de la juventud FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Sein came free, but Anacleto Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ateneo de la juventud FC defense, Rene Dimo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anacleto Fernandes. Oanimal AS's Roque Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Ioritz in the 19th minute of play. Dalius Ignotas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Roque Tavio made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Amadeo Piorno got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Agustin Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roque Tavio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Ioritz in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Everardo Endira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oanimal AS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Ioritz was the one to do the kick off. Amadeo Piorno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Tavio having to make a save. In the 54th minute, Dalius Ignotas made a precise shot to the right of Roque Tavio. Oanimal AS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Roque Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráuzio do Vale in the 59th minute of the match. Ateneo de la juventud FC's Agustin Ioritz got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amadeo Piorno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Narciso Izel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ateneo de la juventud FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Izel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Tavio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustin Ioritz succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-3. Agustin Ioritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Tavio having to interfere. Amadeo Piorno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Roque Tavio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Agustin Ioritz came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ateneo de la juventud FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Ioritz couldn't finish the play. Amadeo Piorno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Tavio having to make a save. Roque Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Piorno in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Ateneo de la juventud FC got a corner. Oanimal AS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amadeo Piorno ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ateneo de la juventud FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
