Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Humberto Pudes kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Patricio Karmel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Silban was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the Patagones defense, Rafael Diegotxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Silban. The Patagones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Silban should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Humberto Pudes during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Patagones's Humberto Pudes got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Patricio Karmel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Silban. Patagones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Karmel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Ismael Manni's late challenge caught a Patagones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Manni helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Echagüe FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ismael Manni hit a great ball. Rafael Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jacobo Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Jose Espiridion threw the ball into play from the sideline. Echagüe FC's Emiliano Pereyra quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Diegotxe in the 42nd minute of play forced Patagones's goalkeeper Jacobo Silban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Echagüe FC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Karmel. Humberto Pudes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severino Senin having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Karmel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Silban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Diegotxe in the 54th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Rafael Diegotxe took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Jacobo Silban to make any attempt to save it. Jacobo Silban came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Echagüe FC's Patricio Karmel. But to his dismay, Patricio Karmel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The supporters of Patagones booed when Echagüe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Fernanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patagones's Urbano Kinsen got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute of the match, Patricio Karmel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacobo Silban was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rafael Diegotxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucio Fernanco might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Silban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucio Fernanco ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Patricio Karmel made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Silban.
