In the 4th minute Cordera Ondovilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gasoducto FC's Baldomiro Izel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Nicholas in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Santo Giro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomiro Izel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gasoducto FC's Baldomiro Izel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Nicholas in the 14th minute of play. Cordera Ondovilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Gasoducto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Nicholas came free, but Baldomiro Izel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafin Ubarna kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Cordera Ondovilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gasoducto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordera Ondovilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Gasoducto FC's Marcelo Orland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaston Froylan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Bartoleme in the 47th minute of play forced Gasoducto FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Izel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cordera Ondovilla to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Aureliano Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gasoducto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Dei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gasoducto FC's Serafin Ubarna got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 57 minutes, Geronimo Kinsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gasoducto FC and the Tastil AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tastil AFC booed when Gasoducto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Kinsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gasoducto FC's Cordera Ondovilla got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaston Froylan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordera Ondovilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 71 minutes, Faustino Nicholas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tastil AFC and the Gasoducto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes Tastil AFC got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Nicholas. Aureliano Dei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Froylan having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, Cordera Ondovilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Gaston Froylan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the game, one of Gasoducto FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Thanks to some nice moves Nemesio Bartoleme could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Baldomiro Izel however easily saved by the left post. Gaston Froylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Ubarna in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Remigio Joanes had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The supporters of Tastil AFC booed when Gasoducto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Kinsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordera Ondovilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gaston Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Dei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gasoducto FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
