Rosendo Gelmiro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nuevo Encuentro Cordoba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Emiliano Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thom Nevin in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Nuevo Encuentro Cordoba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Terciero to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Tab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Restu in the 30th minute of the match. 35 minutes in the game, Benjamin Cidro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Edelmiro Primo having to interfere. Salvador Ordono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Primo having to interfere. Benjamin Cidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Edelmiro Primo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Federico Che fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pura Ft2's protests and gave Federico Che a yellow card for diving instead. Federico Che kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Edelmiro Primo was a little too slow when Salvador Ordono got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thom Nevin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Nuevo Encuentro Cordoba's Salvador Ordono got a free kick in the 51st minute. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Thom Nevin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Emiliano Tab to make any attempt to save it. Emiliano Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thom Nevin in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Bernardo Restu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emiliano Tab. Cristo Terciero hit a great ball. Federico Che kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, Pura Ft2's Bernardo Restu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Tab was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Nuevo Encuentro Cordoba's Salvador Ordono got a free kick in the 80th minute. Salvador Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Edelmiro Primo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Aguilera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nuevo Encuentro Cordoba's Emiliano Tab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Nuevo Encuentro Cordoba from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Tab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Benvide in the 96th minute of the match. The Pura Ft2 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
