Manuel Chinto made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Isaias Mero sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, Manuel Quilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Manuel Chinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, Etiqueta Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Jerrold to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Chinto had great luck who in the 13thth minute grab hold of the ball when Isidoro Clemencin from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Isaias Mero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Chinto having to interfere. Isaias Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Manuel Chinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's Isidoro Clemencin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Chinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's Manuel Chinto threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isidoro Clemencin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 31 played minutes Etiqueta Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Quilo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Clemencin in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Chinto saved Etiqueta Negra FC from getting behind. After having played for 36 minutes, Isaias Mero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Mero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's Isidoro Clemencin got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Ismael Chaves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Chinto. Etiqueta Negra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Chaves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Isaias Mero came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the PATRON ATLETIC CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Mero couldn't finish the play. After having played for 66 minutes, Isaias Mero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Mero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute, Isidoro Clemencin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Etiqueta Negra FC's zone, Isidoro Clemencin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Chinto came out of the goal and Isidoro Clemencin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's Isidoro Clemencin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Chinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Isidoro Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Mero in the 78th minute of play forced Etiqueta Negra FC's goalkeeper Manuel Chinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Mero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Chinto having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Isidoro Clemencin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Chinto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Isidoro Clemencin might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Chinto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Clemencin ran back to his position shaking his head. Severino Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Gombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PATRON ATLETIC CLUB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
