Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pascual Celipe kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Thexfile FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Celipe came free, but Clodoveo Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Aurelio Misael came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Thexfile FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Misael couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Thexfile FC's Cayetano Modestio got a free kick in the 15th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Savion got free with Clodoveo Cresenciano in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes, Aurelio Misael made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Retiro's Teofilo Froylan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Pascual Celipe came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Retiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Celipe couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Thexfile FC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Cresenciano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Savion. After having played for 24 minutes, Jonathan Savion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Retiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Savion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Thexfile FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aurelio Misael hit a great ball. Jonathan Savions short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Clodoveo Cresenciano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Clodoveo Cresenciano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Savion in the 40th minute. Clodoveo Cresenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Celipe, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Misael made a kick off. In the 54th minute Pascual Celipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Cresenciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Thexfile FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Theodore to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Teofilo Froylan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Savion struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Clodoveo Cresenciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Retiro. Clodoveo Cresenciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Retiro getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Pascual Celipe hit a great ball. Pascual Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Cresenciano having to interfere. Thexfile FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Retiro's much stronger midfield.
