Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The audience thought a goal was coming when Genaro Gartzen got free with Vyacheslav Starostyak in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vyacheslav Starostyak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Quentin in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Washington Rojo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Higuerita AFC's Amado Maureo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Genaro Gartzen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niculae Bogdan in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbano Hernando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Deportivo Villalonga's Niculae Bogdan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vyacheslav Starostyak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Gartzen's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Henric in the 42nd minute of play forced Deportivo Villalonga's goalkeeper Vyacheslav Starostyak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cipriano Sotero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Hernando having to interfere. Benicio Delfino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Vyacheslav Starostyak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Washington Rojo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 59th minute Genaro Gartzen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vyacheslav Starostyak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Gartzen in the 60th minute of play forced Deportivo Villalonga's goalkeeper Vyacheslav Starostyak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lorenzo Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76thth minute of the game Genaro Gartzen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Villalonga's Vyacheslav Starostyak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lorenzo Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Higuerita AFC's Benicio Delfino got a free kick in the 80th minute. Lorenzo Henric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Starostyak having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Genaro Gartzen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vyacheslav Starostyak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Andres Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vyacheslav Starostyak having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Niculae Bogdan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Urbano Hernando, 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Higuerita AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
