In the 3rd match minute, Tino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Sergi to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the match, Inocencio Roderigo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tino FC's Guto da Fonseca. Guto da Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zeledon Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Milio got free with Jeronimo Gentza in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Zeledon Martinez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maradonianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Martinez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guto da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Sagrario in the 23rd minute of play forced Maradonianos FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Gentza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guto da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Roderigo in the 27th minute of play. Jeronimo Gentza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casimiro Milio in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inocencio Roderigo in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guto da Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute, Alberto Sagrario fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 35 played minutes Maradonianos FC got a freekick which was hit by Santos Servando. 39 minutes into the match, Maradonianos FC's Zeledon Martinez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guto da Fonseca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Inocencio Roderigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guto da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Martinez in the 41st minute of play. Guto da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tino FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Godofredo Mantzio hit a great ball. The Tino FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maradonianos FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Alberto Sagrario made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Nereo Tomi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Casimiro Milio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeronimo Gentza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Guto da Fonseca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inocencio Roderigo in the 59th minute. Jeronimo Gentza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Milio in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Alberto Sagrario left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tino FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Casimiro Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inocencio Roderigo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Guto da Fonseca when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tino FC's goalkeeper Guto da Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inocencio Roderigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Guto da Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Roderigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Guto da Fonseca made a huge save. Maradonianos FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
