Busterbosters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Lixandro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Nicasio Quinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Lixandro scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Oliveiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Tancredo in the 18th minute of play forced Fantasmitas FC's goalkeeper Dario Oliveiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Busterbosters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Macario to maneuver through the defense. In the 25thth minute of the game Nicasio Quinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Busterbosters's Clodoveo Remicio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Felipillo in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clodoveo Remicio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Urbano Felipillo scored 2-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clodoveo Remicio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arturo Tancredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Oliveiro having to interfere. Fantasmitas FC's Dario Oliveiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Fantasmitas FC from getting a goal against them. When Arturo Tancredo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Busterbosters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Tancredo couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Fantasmitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Macario came free, but Dario Oliveiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Dodorol kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbano Felipillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Dario Oliveiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Macario in the 51st minute of the match. Arturo Tancredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Dario Oliveiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fantasmitas FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Siro Lucado hit a great ball. Urbano Felipillo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clodoveo Remicio came out and tried to block the shot, but Urbano Felipillo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 62nd minute. Edgard Ler took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Oliveiro. Dario Oliveiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Wilfredo Gorosti hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Romeo Lixandro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Dario Oliveiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dario Oliveiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Lixandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Bernaldo's late challenge caught a Busterbosters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Bernaldo helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes Fantasmitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Bernaldo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgardo Macario during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Busterbosters got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Macario. 89 minutes into the match, Busterbosters's goalkeeper Clodoveo Remicio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicasio Quinto. Clodoveo Remicio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Urbano Felipillo's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Fantasmitas FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
