Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Baltasar Fernanco kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Moises Valerio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Cordarrol. Quimilí's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Valerio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the Quimilí defense, Moises Valerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Cordarrol. The Quimilí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Cordarrol should have stopped the shot. Joel Cordarrol came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Ischilín's Moises Valerio. But to his dismay, Moises Valerio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 22 minutes into the match, Quimilí's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Valerio came free, but Joel Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Lalla during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos Lalla hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quimilí's goalkeeper Joel Cordarrol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Guillermo Eutor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Tibalt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Ischilín's Camilo Tibalt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Cordarrol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joel Cordarrol came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Ischilín's Camilo Tibalt. But to his dismay, Camilo Tibalt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 38 played minutes Quimilí got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Lalla. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Valerio was the one to do the kick off. 66 minutes into the match, Ischilín's Camilo Tibalt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Cordarrol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joel Cordarrol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Valerio in the 68th minute of play. Silvestre Ikatz charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvestre Ikatz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ischilín booed when Quimilí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Ikatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Valerio in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Cordarrol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Cordarrol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Valerio in the 82nd minute of play. Ischilín's Aquilino Gutxi got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ischilín had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
