Jeronimo Joey's late challenge caught a Cañada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cañada's Gaston Hug got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th match minute, Cañada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Hug to maneuver through the defense. Candido Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Rioja having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Erasmo Nardo lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Isidoro Rioja. In the 35th minute Erasmo Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Rioja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes, Isidro Pirro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cañada and the Fracrau FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isidoro Rioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Santiago in the 60th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cañada's zone, Jeronimo Joey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Rioja came out of the goal and Jeronimo Joey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute, Erasmo Nardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fracrau FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bonifacio Silviano 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Teodosio Tino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Silviano, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Bonifacio Silviano came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Cañada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Silviano couldn't finish the play. After 80 played minutes Cañada got a freekick which was hit by Justo Efren. Leonides Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Rioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Santiago in the 86th minute of play. Jeronimo Joey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Rioja having to interfere. Rigoberto Tximitx hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Fracrau FC's Candido Santiago got a free kick in the 89th minute. Saul Muc struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Isidoro Rioja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fracrau FC. Cañada succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Fracrau FC had controlled the match.
