In the 36thth minute of the game Silverio Aragones who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morse's Ivan Walme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivan Walme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Aragones, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Aragones in the 40th minute of play forced Morse's goalkeeper Ivan Walme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Odilon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Seber in the 44th minute of the match. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silverio Aragones to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Icaño got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Aragones. If Lisandro Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Icaño's Silverio Aragones got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Icaño's Silverio Aragones sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Walme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Icaño's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
