The supporters of Los Guerreros booed when Lonquimay AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Claus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clodoveo Jerrold struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Paolo Mon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Guerreros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Cedro in the 15th minute of play forced Lonquimay AFC's goalkeeper Paolo Mon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lonquimay AFC booed when Los Guerreros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Jaunzuria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Pascual Cedro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erubiel Claus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Mon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Cedro in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Godofredo Etxahun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Polentzi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some careless play in the Los Guerreros defense, Godofredo Etxahun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anacleto Polentzi. The Los Guerreros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anacleto Polentzi should have stopped the shot. When Clodoveo Jerrold fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Guerreros's protests and gave Clodoveo Jerrold a yellow card for diving instead. Clodoveo Jerrold hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Godofredo Etxahun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godofredo Etxahun made a kick off. Lee Wadham hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Anacleto Polentzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Lonquimay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lee Wadham. Paolo Mon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Cedro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Lee Wadham fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lonquimay AFC's protests and gave Lee Wadham a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Pascual Cedro took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Paolo Mon to make any attempt to save it. Paolo Jaunzuria kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Godofredo Etxahun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anacleto Polentzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argi Radaban, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Godofredo Etxahun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godofredo Etxahun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anacleto Polentzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Los Guerreros getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Manuel Rayman hit a great ball. After 96 minutes of play, Lonquimay AFC's Godofredo Etxahun made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anacleto Polentzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lonquimay AFC fully deserved thier win.
