Hector Banegas charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Banegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Toledo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Banegas. In the 13th minute of the match Jacinto Sol shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alonzo Edwardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Toledo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Cayo came free, but Alonzo Edwardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Bastian in the 24th minute of play forced CENTRAL's goalkeeper Fermin Salbatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cloyo Mondejar struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Alonzo Edwardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CENTRAL. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of CENTRAL:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Toledo AFC:s goal. Alonzo Edwardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cloyo Mondejar's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. The supporters of CENTRAL booed when Toledo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Cesario didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, CENTRAL's Matias Gabon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 45th match minute, CENTRAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Guerrero to maneuver through the defense.

53 minutes into the match, CENTRAL's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Banegas came free, but Fermin Salbatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cloyo Mondejar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Alonzo Edwardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Matias Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68thth minute of the game Cloyo Mondejar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toledo AFC's Alonzo Edwardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Tiburcio Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toledo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 played minutes CENTRAL got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Chiappini. In the 76th minute, Hector Banegas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fermin Salbatore was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 81st minute, Cloyo Mondejar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CENTRAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. CENTRAL's Cloyo Mondejar got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Toledo AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
