The referee ignored La Resaca F.C's protests and gave Silvestre Millano a yellow card for diving instead. The wind increased when Guaberto Urtungo made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Haroldo Jaunzuria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALEMAR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Guaberto Urtungo came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the La Resaca F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Urtungo couldn't finish the play. Guaberto Urtungo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Claudio Eron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábián Pulai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Honorato Baumer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Madaleno in the 68th minute of play forced ALEMAR's goalkeeper Claudio Eron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ALEMAR booed when La Resaca F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Perrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fábián Pulai in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honorato Baumer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haroldo Jaunzuria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ALEMAR's Fábián Pulai got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Haroldo Jaunzuria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvestre Bernat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 97 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, one of ALEMAR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ALEMAR. In the 100th minute there was a penalty for La Resaca F.C. Zacarias Eyague stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Claudio Eron. 2-5.
