Teobaldo Tohias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Octavio Lixandro having to make a save. Gregorio Eder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Miliano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Gregorio Eder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucio Miliano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Eder in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Gregorio Eder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Miliano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Jacinto Valente put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lucio Miliano. In the 41stth minute of the game Gregorio Eder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eterno Retorno's Lucio Miliano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Maquina de Sangre AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Nicasio Fernendo hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto Valente to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Lucio Miliano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Maquina de Sangre AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicasio Fernendo in the 52nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Nicasio Fernendo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucio Miliano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maquina de Sangre AFC's Jacinto Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Maquina de Sangre AFC booed when Eterno Retorno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espen Solem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Miliano made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Jacinto Valente sent off a good shot on target. Edgardo Froylan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Adan Havier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Miliano having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Gregorio Eder dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucio Miliano, 0-4. In the 75th minute, Jacinto Valente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute, Silvano Adrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Miliano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Valente in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jacinto Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maquina de Sangre AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Miliano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Silvano Adrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Maquina de Sangre AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Eterno Retorno throughout the match.
