Victoriano Orixe made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Raimundo Bailina sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the game, Maximino Martxot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Victoriano Orixe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Raimundo Bailina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victoriano Orixe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Bailina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Havier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ricart in the 38th minute of the match. Raimundo Bailina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Victoriano Orixe made a huge save. Victoriano Orixe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Martxot in the 41st minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Ricart was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Bailina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victoriano Orixe was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the match, Watt AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Bailina came free, but Victoriano Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Orixe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
