Generoso Toribio kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Alejo Gotzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Bernebe in the 5th minute of play. Alejo Gotzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Bernebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Maximo Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Quentin having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Candido Richie in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Correa FC's Generoso Toribio. Maximo Sandaili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Urbano Bernebe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cóndorhuasi AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Correa FC the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Cóndorhuasi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Bernebe to maneuver through the defense. Alejo Gotzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Bernal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Bernal in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Gotzon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elder Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efrain Quentin having to make a save. Maximo Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Quentin having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Maximo Sandaili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Correa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximo Sandaili was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efrain Quentin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Maximo Sandaili came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Correa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Sandaili couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zeledon Otsoa during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Correa FC booed when Cóndorhuasi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Otsoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Bernebe was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Urbano Bernebe kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Correa FC's Alejo Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Bernal in the 40th minute of play. Alejo Gotzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hagbard Duch, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hagbard Duch was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the game Felipe Bernal made a throw-in which Hagbard Duch played forward. In the 53rd minute Hagbard Duch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gotzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Oinaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Alejo Gotzon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alejo Gotzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hagbard Duch in the 59th minute of the match. Baldomiro Oinaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute Hagbard Duch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gotzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elder Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Felipe Bernal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejo Gotzon. Correa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Correa FC's Alejo Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hagbard Duch in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the game Baldomiro Oinaz made a throw-in which Hagbard Duch played forward. 74 minutes in the game Zeledon Otsoa did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hagbard Duch. Correa FC's Alejo Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hagbard Duch in the 78th minute of play. If Maximo Sandaili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Elder Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hagbard Duch in the 90th minute of play forced Correa FC's goalkeeper Alejo Gotzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Felipe Bernal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gotzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cóndorhuasi AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Correa FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
