In the 15th minute, Rosario FC's Arsenio Cuarto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Maximo Hermon hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. A collision led to Rosario FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Tomás Sagrario hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Arsenio Cuarto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Rosario FC's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Alcântara came free, but Ruperto Hats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Hermon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Hermon took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carmelo Iztal. Carmelo Iztal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arsenio Cuarto made a kick off. Carmelo Iztal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Cuarto's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Leandro Handi kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Cleto Firme charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Firme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sol De Mayo's Cleto Firme got a free kick in the 57th minute. Leandro Handi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carmelo Iztal. Sol De Mayo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Rosario FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Gaspard came free, but Ruperto Hats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidel Patrido hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Rosario FC's Ruperto Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Burutzagi in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rosario FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Costante was slow to take the kick. During this time Sol De Mayo's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Gaspard in the 68th minute of play forced Rosario FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Hats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rosario FC booed when Sol De Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Firme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Leandro Handi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carmelo Iztal skillfully saved the ball. Sol De Mayo's Carmelo Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Cuarto in the 79th minute of play. Carmelo Iztal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Cuarto, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Arsenio Cuarto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Cuarto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agustin Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Iztal having to interfere.
