Spectators: 6949 (Terracing: 5315, Seating: 1629, VIP seats: 5) 4 minutes into the match, Sol De Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Etxahun came free, but Carmelo Iztal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Silvano Bingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Quintana having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Sol De Mayo's Aldo Etxatxu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ariel Quintana. Ariel Quintana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ceferino Iratzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Iztal having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Lucio Etxahun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquina AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Burutzagi in the 22nd minute of play forced Esquina AFC's goalkeeper Ariel Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, one of Esquina AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Esquina AFC. Esquina AFC:s Ariel Quintana showed great skill when he stopped Lucas Costante:s penalty. In the 29th minute, Sol De Mayo's Albano Burutzagi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Carmelo Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Iratzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Roman Gaspard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Quintana having to make a save. 37 minutes into the game, Serafino Gines was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esquina AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sol De Mayo the free kick. Serafino Gines hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Silvano Bingen kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Esquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Fernanco.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucio Etxahun to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Sol De Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Fernanco came free, but Carmelo Iztal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Quintana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Gaspard in the 54th minute of the match. Carmelo Iztal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Etxahun, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Sol De Mayo's goalkeeper Carmelo Iztal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Bingen. When Egídio Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Sol De Mayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egídio Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Ariel Quintana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Gaspard in the 62nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Esquina AFC's zone, Egídio Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Quintana came out of the goal and Egídio Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sol De Mayo's Carmelo Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Etxahun in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes in the game, Roman Gaspard dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Egídio Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sol De Mayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Egídio Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Quintana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sol De Mayo's Aldo Etxatxu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alejo Mikolas, made in the 77th minute of the game. After 80 minutes of play Esquina AFC's Serafino Gines was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 81 played minutes Esquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Gines. Roman Gaspard scored 3-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Quintana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd match minute, Sol De Mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Firme to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Sol De Mayo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
