When Orlando Eleazar came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Salamanca AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Eleazar couldn't finish the play. If Gonzalo Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Eleazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to Uzcudun getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Angelino Orlondo hit a great ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzalo Aguirre was the one to do the kick off. There was no doubt that Uzcudun were the better team. Uzcudun's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
