Spectators: 7152 (Terracing: 5365, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Camilo Txerran made the kick off which started today's match. Esteban Patrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Boniel having to interfere. Paolo Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Tallia in the 9th minute of play. If Camilo Txerran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Florinio struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Leonel Panpili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigre. Leonel Panpili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Florinio in the 20th minute of the match. Laureano Ayala charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laureano Ayala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Laureano Ayala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tigre's Camilo Txerran got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Camilo Txerran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Bingen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Berreta FC's goalkeeper Leonel Panpili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Florinio. Camilo Txerran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonel Panpili having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Tallia made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Tigre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Crispo to maneuver through the defense. Leonel Panpili came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigre's Pedro Florinio. But to his dismay, Pedro Florinio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Nick Edmonds received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Leonel Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Niceto Baladi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Baladi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute, Camilo Txerran made a precise shot to the right of Leonel Panpili. Berreta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Pedro Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Txerran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Leonel Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Txerran in the 77th minute of play forced Berreta FC's goalkeeper Leonel Panpili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Camilo Txerran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tigre's zone, Luciano Tallia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Boniel came out of the goal and Luciano Tallia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Roman Austin fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berreta FC's protests and gave Roman Austin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Berreta FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Roman Austin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Pedro Florinio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigre's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Florinio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Panpili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tigre walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
