Leopoldo Hartz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodolfo Rafe. Rosario Central's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Damian Christobal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Christobal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 played minutes Trencho FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Naldo. The audience was convinced that Ciro Galindo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Hibai was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Adan Betadur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Adan Betadur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Hibai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Galindo in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dante Hibai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute, Adan Betadur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Trencho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Galindo came free, but Dante Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rosario Central's Ciro Galindo in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trencho FC's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes into the game, Anier Arce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario Central's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trencho FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rosario Central fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Trencho FC a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Santiago Bikendi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rosario Central's Rodolfo Rafe. 0-1. 1-1 became the score in the 35th minute when Ciro Galindo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Anastasio Naldo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Ciro Galindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Galindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Ciro Galindo made the kick off in the second half. Dante Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Tercero in the 52nd minute of play. Trencho FC's Dante Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Galindo in the 53rd minute of play. Ignacio Tercero struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Dante Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario Central. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Ignacio Tercero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Tercero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Hibai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Trencho FC defense, Ignacio Tercero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Hibai. The Trencho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Hibai should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Trencho FC's Fabian Urtsin got a free kick in the 76th minute. Damian Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Galindo in the 82nd minute of play forced Trencho FC's goalkeeper Dante Hibai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Trencho FC's zone, Cirilo Abalos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Hibai came out of the goal and Cirilo Abalos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Ciro Galindo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trencho FC's Dante Hibai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dante Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Christobal in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Trencho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Tercero came free, but Dante Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Hibai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Galindo's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rosario Central fully deserved thier win.
