In the 9thth minute of the game Donato Orzaize who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Recreo's Jorge Rio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Pacará's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Kiliz came free, but Eloy Su reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Rio was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Ricardo Mitxaut capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ricardo Mitxaut really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omar Ospetsu during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Omar Ospetsu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Astor Niva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pacará's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Niva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Rio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Recreo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Omar Ospetsu hit a great ball. Ricardo Mitxaut in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jorge Rio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Recreo's Jorge Rio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Beila in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pacará defense, Luisito Kiliz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eloy Su. The Pacará fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eloy Su should have stopped the shot. With his leg Jorge Rio managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Pacará's Ricardo Mitxaut fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 36 minutes, Ricardo Mitxaut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pacará's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Mitxaut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Recreo's Jorge Rio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Recreo from getting a goal against them. Eloy Su showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Ricardo Mitxaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Rio having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Astor Niva to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Astor Niva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Mitxaut in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Rio saved Recreo from getting behind. Jorge Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Orzaize in the 62nd minute of the match. Astor Niva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jorge Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 minutes, Donato Orzaize mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pacará and the Recreo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Recreo's zone, Astor Niva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Rio came out of the goal and Astor Niva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Pacará:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Recreo:s goal. Pacará:s Eloy Su showed great skill when he stopped Ladislao Sanson:s penalty. Jorge Rio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Astor Niva went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Astor Niva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Rio having to make a save. Jorge Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Niva in the 89th minute of the match.
