But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Lastur couldn't finish the play. With 27 minutes on the clock, Marcelino Naike commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Hernan Mincho walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Teobaldo Montrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the game, C.S.y.D. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Montrell got free with Gervasio Quintan in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teobaldo Montrell charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
