In the 20th minute Teodoro Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Bordat in the 21st minute of play forced CHACARITA FC's goalkeeper German Espiridion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Iruinea, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 47 minutes of play, Britos FC's Benedicto Bordat made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. German Espiridion was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Venancio Luken stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, CHACARITA FC's German Espiridion got control of the ball when Placido Abilio tried to sneak it across the goal line.
