Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delmiro Fonda in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Paulin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Liviu Cristea notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Fergage FC's Angelino Tiadoro. Angelino Tiadoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Liviu Cristea might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelino Tiadoro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Liviu Cristea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 25th match minute, Sassi Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Quirze to maneuver through the defense. Matias Paulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Odol, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Albino Odol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fergage FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Odol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Paulin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sassi Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fergage FC the free kick. After 52 played minutes Sassi Team got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Ladio. Matias Paulin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Odol in the 54th minute of the match. Fergage FC's Albino Odol suffered a sprained foot after 56 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Kléber Faustino's late challenge caught a Fergage FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kléber Faustino helped the player get up and apologised. Federico Simon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 64th playminute. Delmiro Fonda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Matias Paulin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Delmiro Fonda struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Matias Paulin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fergage FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Fonda in the 80th minute of play forced Sassi Team's goalkeeper Matias Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Ermegildo Nerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
