Ivan Beremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Lonzo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Carlomagno in the 22nd minute of play forced Milagros Martina's goalkeeper Evaristo Lonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Tomas Jaunti notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Milagros Martina's Evaristo Lonzo. Evaristo Lonzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Capala's Ivan Beremundo got a free kick in the 29th minute. Evaristo Lonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Beremundo in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Remigio Benitez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milagros Martina's Evaristo Lonzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evaristo Lonzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Carlomagno in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Capala booed when Milagros Martina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Lauaxeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capala's Eriberto Carlomagno suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 35 minutes into the game, Justino Frutos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Frichoso in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Lonzo saved Milagros Martina from getting behind. When Remigio Benitez came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Capala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Benitez couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Armando Frichoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Milagros Martina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Capala were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Frutos made a kick off. Remigio Benitez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Evaristo Lonzo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Capala fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Capala's Ivan Beremundo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 63rd minute, Tomas Jaunti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evaristo Lonzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Benitez in the 64th minute. In the 69th play minute Remigio Benitez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Evaristo Lonzo. 0-3. Remigio Benitez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Capala's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Lonzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evaristo Lonzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Benitez in the 91st minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Milagros Martina:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Capala:s goal. When the match was over Capala could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Milagros Martina throughout the match.
