After some careless play in the Cerrito FC defense, Raul Theodore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvestre Luzea. The Cerrito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvestre Luzea should have stopped the shot. Raul Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Silvestre Luzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GallinitaS's 徐希阳 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Isias in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Theodore got free with Silvestre Luzea in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 49 minutes Cerrito FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonathan Dolfos who took care of the corner kick. The corner led GallinitaS's Jonathan Dolfos to fire away a dangerous shot which Silvestre Luzea despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fausto Isias to strike the kick off in the second half. Oscar Arias charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Arias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Arce couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Izotz in the 88th minute of play forced Cerrito FC's goalkeeper Silvestre Luzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The GallinitaS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cerrito FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
