A throw-in in the 9th minute of the game was made by Patricio Txordon with Alfonso Firman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. If Artemio Gar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Matthew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodri Perez in the 13th minute of play. Francisco Matthew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Mercurio in the 15th minute of the match. Teo Mercurio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Francisco Matthew made a huge save. In the 19th minute of the match, Rodri Perez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Francisco Matthew saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Francisco Matthew came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Enzomania F.C.'s Teo Mercurio. But to his dismay, Teo Mercurio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Teo Mercurio charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Mercurio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeo Chumo was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenix Fc.'s goalkeeper Francisco Matthew, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute Teo Mercurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Matthew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match Haydar Alkim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudio Lartaun skillfully saved the ball. In the 62nd minute, Teo Mercurio made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Matthew. Fenix Fc.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Francisco Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodri Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeo Chumo got free with Claudio Lartaun in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfonso Firman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Claudio Lartaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Matthew took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Mercurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Rodri Perez made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Matthew. Fenix Fc.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teo Mercurio in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Matthew saved Fenix Fc. from getting behind. Francisco Matthew came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Enzomania F.C.'s Teo Mercurio. But to his dismay, Teo Mercurio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. With an all-out effort, Fenix Fc.'s Claudio Lartaun threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tadeo Chumo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 97th minute, Rodri Perez made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Matthew. Fenix Fc.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Enzomania F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
