Tienso's Jacobo Ipar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Igor Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cecilio Cidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Niva having to interfere. Alvaro Niva was a little too slow when Cecilio Cidro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 40 minutes, Angel Naldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentino AS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Naldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Argentino AS's Igor Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Joachim in the 42nd minute of play. Tienso's Alvaro Niva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Tienso from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fulgencio Illart in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Argentino AS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hieronim Pazura 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. In the 87th minute, Cecilio Cidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 92 minutes, Fulgencio Illart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
