The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Perspicasia's zone, Americo Rami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Tuste came out of the goal and Americo Rami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Tuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giosu in the 38th minute of the match. Ciro Firman kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Americo Rami managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los De Franco's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Rami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Tuste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Americo Rami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giosu to make the kick off. The supporters of Los De Franco booed when Club Atletico Perspicasia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Orzaize didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Tuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giosu in the 54th minute of play. Alfredo Montay's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Perspicasia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Montay helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Montay hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Los De Franco's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Froilan Peyo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ildefonso Aurre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Jonas Jerrold skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Conrado Veronica kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Perspicasia's goalkeeper Enrique Tuste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Americo Rami ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Tuste was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Club Atletico Perspicasia's Enrique Tuste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giosu in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Froilan Peyo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonas Jerrold. Froilan Peyo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 87 minutes into the match, Los De Franco's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Peyo came free, but Jonas Jerrold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Americo Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
