Spectators: 7167 (Terracing: 5377, Seating: 1648, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernardino Lehoi started the match with the kick off. Iker Cordarius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ladislao Esdras having to make a save. After 7 minutes of play, Fenix Galactic's Nayef Al Ateqi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Esdras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Modesto Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Celedonio Musko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Musko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Santikurtz, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 18 played minutes La Masia got a freekick which was hit by Severino Celino. Iker Cordarius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Esdras having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Perico in the 21st minute of play forced La Masia's goalkeeper Ladislao Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Iker Cordarius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislao Esdras was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ladislao Esdras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Perico in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Anastasio Abecia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Celedonio Musko. Anastasio Abecia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Eugenio Perico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Esdras having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, La Masia's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Unax came free, but Ladislao Esdras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Masia's Ladislao Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Cordarius in the 38th minute of play. Sven-Åke Arhenius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ladislao Esdras having to make a save. La Masia's Ladislao Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Cordarius in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Eugenio Perico made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Iker Cordarius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenix Galactic's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Cordarius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ladislao Esdras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nayef Al Ateqi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ladislao Esdras made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Ladislao Esdras successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Bernardino Lehoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the La Masia defense, Domingos Unax kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ladislao Esdras. The La Masia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ladislao Esdras should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute of the match, Iker Cordarius got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ladislao Esdras was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 74th minute, Eugenio Perico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislao Esdras was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. When Sven-Åke Arhenius came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Fenix Galactic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Åke Arhenius couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Unax got free with Ladislao Esdras in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Cordarius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Ladislao Esdras made a huge save. 86 minutes into the game, Fenix Galactic's Iker Cordarius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ladislao Esdras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Fenix Galactic made a substitution. Elvio Nofre replaced Eugenio Perico. When Saturnino Amato came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Fenix Galactic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Amato couldn't finish the play. Iker Afonso kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Fenix Galactic's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
