Spectators: 7152 (Terracing: 5365, Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Agustin Quinton started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Club Atletico San Genaro getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Marcelo Lamberto hit a great ball. Leandro Ekain struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Adolfo Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muñoz. In the 15th minute, Albin Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Marciano Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico San Genaro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Dayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Muñoz's Teo Frutos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Muñoz from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Criston was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muñoz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico San Genaro the free kick. After 24 played minutes Muñoz got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Criston. Teo Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Quinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Leandro Ekain's late challenge caught a Club Atletico San Genaro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Ekain helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Agustin Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico San Genaro's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Quinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Frutos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albin Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Ekain in the 31st minute of play forced Club Atletico San Genaro's goalkeeper Adolfo Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teo Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Sotil in the 39th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Ubaldo Criston kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Marcelo Lamberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Bikendi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muñoz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico San Genaro the free kick. After 65 played minutes Muñoz got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Bikendi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Quinton in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo Frutos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentin Sotil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Muñoz's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Shantala came free, but Teo Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Victoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Adolfo Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustin Quinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Frutos having to interfere. Adolfo Faro made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Leandro Ekain sent off a good shot on target. Teo Frutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Quinton in the 91st minute of play. Club Atletico San Genaro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
