The audience was convinced that Higinio Nuxila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Ilazki was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Higinio Nuxila received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anselmo Ilazki came out and tried to block the shot, but Higinio Nuxila slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. 40 minutes into the match, lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Elodio came free, but Anselmo Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Nuxila took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Ilazki. Anselmo Ilazki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benicio Confesor was the one to do the kick off. Guatraché FC's Geronimo Taurino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Guatraché FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Higinio Nuxila put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anselmo Ilazki. Guatraché FC's Geronimo Taurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Confesor in the 59th minute of play. If Fidel Incendio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Nuxila came free, but Anselmo Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Nuxila in the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Higinio Nuxila notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of lobos's Anselmo Ilazki. Anselmo Ilazki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anselmo Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Nuxila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasio Elodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Ilazki having to interfere. Higinio Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Anselmo Ilazki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
