Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ubaldo Osorio got the match started through his kick off. A beautiful save bye La Plata FC's goalie prevented a goal. Averías FC's Ubaldo Osorio got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Averías FC's Joel Balesio suffered a concussion in the 26th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Eulalio Janpier charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eulalio Janpier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eulalio Janpier kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, La Plata FC's goalkeeper Danilo Neto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Walme. Constantino Urritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Oskarbi in the 31st minute of the match. Danilo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Osorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Silvano Eder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Osorio in the 37th minute of play forced La Plata FC's goalkeeper Danilo Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Averías FC's Candido Lixandro got a free kick in the 40th minute. Camilo Ler's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Constantino Urritz - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 41st minute. Constantino Urritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Janpier in the 45th minute of play. Omar Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eulalio Janpier made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Omar Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Ubaldo Osorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Averías FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Osorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, one of Averías FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Averías FC. Ubaldo Osorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Omar Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Omar Walme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danilo Neto. La Plata FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Walme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Danilo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Osorio in the 81st minute of the match. After some careless play in the La Plata FC defense, Ubaldo Osorio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danilo Neto. The La Plata FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danilo Neto should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in La Plata FC's zone, Omar Walme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Neto came out of the goal and Omar Walme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omar Walme scored 5-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teodosio Urko hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Teodosio Urko kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match.
