Gaudencio Presebal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Havana FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Clementi in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervasio Bartoli saved Pedermar AFC from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Havana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Henric came free, but Cirilo Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Angelo Henric's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cirilo Birila was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the game, Desiderio Oliverio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Havana FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pedermar AFC the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Havana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Oliverio to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Birila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Merexildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Gaudencio Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Abel couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norberto Clementi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gervasio Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Jakes in the 53rd minute of play. Gaudencio Presebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gaudencio Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Clementi in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gervasio Bartoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gervasio Bartoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Clementi's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Cirilo Birila came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Pedermar AFC's Angelo Henric. But to his dismay, Angelo Henric quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nunez Merexildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Cirilo Birila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Havana FC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Vitin. A collision led to Havana FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. 庞德建 hit a great ball. Pedermar AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Freddy Etxatxu in the 77th minute. Eliseo Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Clementi in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gervasio Bartoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gervasio Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chants of Pedermar AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Havana FC had held the ball for most of the match.
