The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Bordat got free with Lázaro Chepe in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Moises Beat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Teodosio Truylos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Mazán's Lázaro Chepe got control of the ball when Felipe Ugaitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipe Ugaitz's late challenge caught a Mazán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Abalos hit a great ball. Rosendo Abalos took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lázaro Chepe. Lázaro Chepe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lázaro Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Ugaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Ugaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Bordat struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Lázaro Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chorotis FC. Chorotis FC's Timoteo Bordat got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Chorotis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Beat came free, but Teodosio Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
